Start Safe is a utility for controlling the programs that are automatically started as a result of logging into your computer. Your computer is constantly monitored for newly added programs as well as programs that may be removed. In the event that a program is added or removed you are notified via a sound and a flashing window. By preventing unwanted programs from starting you can free up valuable system resources enabling your computer to run faster and be more efficient.
